Just finished making some. Wow! Simply Fantastic stuff. Thanks John and Mountain Rose Herbs for the video.
I used raw honey. When it was time to strain out the flower buds, I simply warmed up the honey by sitting the jar in a bowl of hot water until the honey was thin enough to ooze through the sieve,. Had to rewarm the honey a couple of times, since I ran it through the sieve in batches.
And the lavender tea idea was great tasting too! Thanks PulkTriumf –
Here’s a tip to get the most out of all your ingredients: Don’t toss the flowers after you’re done with the infusion. I actually just add boiling water to them to make a tea. Lavender was my favorite but rose was also delicious. Also, don’t use too much lavender flowers for the tea or it will taste a bit bitter. YEAH!

We have an AWESOME bee keeper in our area. We get 1 gallon of raw, organic blackberry honey for $30 at our local Denio’s flea market.
Looks easy and yummy!
Thank you for the video!
