  7. Thanks man! Very informative and straight to the point. It looks like I’m doing it right because I’m using everything you stated, minus the Creatine. I think I’m gonna give it a try again, I just don’t want the creatine look, but it’s all good. It’s not even summer yet.

  8. what about vyotech 17-HD?

  9. great video. Information is clear and to the point

  10. If you want optimal dose vitamins, I highly suggest Source Naturals Life Force Multiples available at Amazon. You won’t pay MLM prices either coz it cost…

31$/180 tablets/90 days!!!! Can you beat that?????

  11. @AGazaMiSeh mate u got it all wrong…there SUPPLIMENTS…which means they suppliment something in your diet…you can get most of this stuff from your daily nutrition, but like he says in the vid its just not practical for most people…comparing supplimentation to steroid use is plain ignorant

  12. I own centrium so i can get all my vitamins. I used to use muscle milk but looking back at my experience, I was just gaining fat from it, it’s not like I didn’t work out I was in football lifting weights all summer long. Muscle milk works, but I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners. Make sure to get a light pack that shit has like 300 caloires a scoop. Creatine is said to give you liver problems and stuff. These may be rumors but I wouldn’t risk it. Muscle milk is safer. Whey is the best choice.

  18. Trans- resveratrol and tribulus terestris aswell are dope…gained a stone in 5 weeks

  19. Their is almost no difference between supplements and steroids, they are both for losers and lazy people.

  20. @blayinlines no

  21. That was a great video, thanks for the help.

  22. Talk to your physician about it… My dad says the same things, but I still take whey protein and will be soon consuming creatine to help with my weight gain.

  23. do u have to be a certain age to take any of these?

  24. haha yeah i guess.. but the less you use it the more effects you get from it.. ive heard..
i heard of people taking it once a week, day 1 (chest+back) the first week day 2(triceps+biceps) the second day 3(legs+shoulders) the third week? therfore giving yourself that insane pump every time.. without your body getting used to it… but i dunno if its proper.. i dont know much bout these

  25. the only thing i would disagree with is the multivitamin. you don’t need a high potency multivitamin like animal pak or any of the other “bodybuilding multivitamins”. i’ve never heard from any reliable, reputable source that people who lift weights need more vitamins and minerals. you’d be fine with centrum
